Apple Pro Display XDR with nano-texture glass requires special cleaning cloth
The nano-etched version of Apple’s Pro Display XDR requires a special cleaning cloth 。
Apple has posted a new support document describing how to clean the new display.
Use only the dry polishing cloth that comes with your display to wipe dust or smudges off the screen. Don’t add water or use other liquids to clean the nano-texture glass.
Apple insists that the dry polishing cloth included with the display is the only one that should be used.
Apple isn’t as picky about the base Pro Display XDR, which you’re welcome to clean using a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
