Q: Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied with it?
A: Absolutely! We accept returns on both defective and non-defective items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new or slightly used condition.

Q: How do I return my item?
A: You can return your item in two ways:

  • By Mail: Use a carrier of your choice.

  • In Store: (If applicable) Visit any of our physical store locations.

Q: Do I need to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and providing their own return label.

Q: Are there any restocking fees?
A: Nope! We do not charge restocking fees.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: Yes! Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for items in new or slightly used condition. Contact our support team at 📧 support@huelux.com.au to begin your exchange.


💰 Refunds

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

Q: How will I know if my return was approved?
A: We'll notify you via email once your return is received and inspected.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

Q: When is my card charged?
A: Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.

Q: Can HueLux cancel my order?
A: We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity. You’ll be notified and fully refunded if this happens.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! All orders ship free—no minimum purchase required.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Tentative delivery times:

  • VIC, NSW, SA: 1-3 Business Days*

  • QLD, WA, TAS: 3-7 Business Days*

  • NT: 5-8 Business Days*

  • Regional/Non-Metro Areas: 4-8 Business Days*

Q: Which courier companies do you use?
A: We work with top logistics partners including DHL, FedEx, TNT, Couriers Please, Fastway, Aramex, and others.

Q: Can I change my address after placing an order?
A: Unfortunately, once shipped, address changes or cancellations are not possible. Please double-check all details before confirming your order.
